Tier 3 runes expensive...
As a new player, Tier 3 runes take forever to get. getting maybe about 89-100 ip per win to 40-60 per loss runes are hard to get. can we possibly reduce the cost of runes

They have been reduced... multiple times. The true pain is not buying runes, but buying rune pages. Now only 6300 ip a pop. (We all feel your pain)
