Nerf to LeBlanc

As we all know, LeBlanc is pretty much the only champ that can still 100-0 a mid game tank without the likes of DFG (RIP). As she does this, she has very little risk for how mobile she is and being able to Distortion twice with her mimicked ultimate. I believe the best way to nerf LeBlanc without rendering her useless is to make her more risked adverse by adding a recast cooldown onto her Distortion ability/ Mimicked Distortion, just as Riot has done to Zed's Deathmark shadow. It will require her to use more thought on when to engage and when to try and blow up a target. This won't remove any damage on her kit, it will just put a risk on her to do the damage instead of dishing out the damage from a screen away and take no damage in return. Thanks for your time!

I'm genuinely curious, does this tank have any MR? Because the only time I've seen something like this happen was when the lb got super fed, and the tank was still building armor items.

Leblanc would be pretty much unplayable even if she had a .5 delay on her W. Pretty much any skillshot or burst mid laner would completely destroy Leblanc if Leblanc was a sitting duck at point blank range every time she uses her W harass. While her very fast harass pattern does make her very frustrating to play against, she is also balanced around the fact that she's expected to be able to avoid retaliation. Leblanc's never "trade" if they can help it, because they pretty much always lose if the enemy is actually able to hit them back. Which, not coincidentally, is why the key to beating a Leblanc in lane is aggressive play and not passive play.

I totally agree on this. Happily farming and declaring you cant trade by blowing your skills every second isnt the thing here agaisnt leblanc. I think most people are mistaking how to fight her back. Or I consider that she is really decieving First, get a rune page since youre a competetive player and remove those damn armor runes you have and change it to mr and then pick a champion that can counter punch her hard from a cc and push like hell. leblanc players really hate getting even a scratch and they even hate it more if they are zoned.

I 100% agree with this idea of a nerf to LB, but Dobutful rito would ever do it, They would just make her cd's longer or something. If anything they should add a massive mana cost.
