RIot fucking me in my promos

I did the SIlver 5 to Silver 4 promos almost 6 or 7 times this season. I almost immediately go back to the promos after failing it, without fail. I get like 30 lp from winning and lose around 10-15 from losing. I practically win any games that is not a promo game. Because I did the promo a lot, I start every promo with 1 free win, however no matter how hard I try I can not seem to get another win. I even got my platinum friend to smurf for me for just one game, and even he can't do it after 4 attempts. I never really do bad in my promos ever, I at least have a good score and usually the highest damage in team even as a tank. But, every single promo game, which is now around 15 promo games in a row, riot manages to match me against the best silvers I have seen and the with the worst bronzes I have seen. I get leavers, AFKs, feeders, 0/7 yasuo flamers, and sometimes my team just are actual dumbasses, like avoiding teamfights to farm. There was actually not a single game that I had descent teammates in my promo game this season. Is this intentional? And if so, RIot FUCK YOU
