Quick Cast for Lee Sin

What keys should you turn quick cast off for Lee Sin? I saw Foxdrop turn the q and one other key off. Also i am not sure if I should have my trinket set on quick cast.

i smart cast everything on lee take it from me im wood 7 lee sin trust

personal preference. In all honesty the only abilities i dont smartcast are like rumbles ult, maybe victors laser, and alistars W

I smartcast everything on lee but i could understand normal cast q for a gank from fog of war

Just have everything on quick but make another binding for quick cast with indicator so you can see how far your q can go if you need it.

I play this entire game with quickcast on. The only other thing I will do is use shift+ability to self cast stuff. I even play Viktor with quickcast, it's all about practice man. You can't really say what is better, just preference.
