Plz change the rule

can you change the rule that when iam blue side and when i won i got less point and if i lose i will lost more point than red team, its not fail, however blue side has advantage but the red team's MMr often higher then blue side, its hard to get point up if we dont continuous win the games. For me, iam not that good, but i can still win more and lost less in my level, but just becasue the rule, i cant get high dan grading if i didnt over this grading a lot. so please make a disscussion about the point thanks
