zed getting trashed again

Hi riot. I understand that zed in the current meta is broken due to the buffs that he received. Because he is able to close out games at 25 min mark but this is not fair u are making him even worst then before those buffs. We waited for those buffs since u made him a ''late game champion'' in season 7. And now he wont have even the shadow reap from s7. Zed is getting nerfed while champs like Riven and Jax who are top tier since the end of last season are still not touched for some reason. Zed has been trash for 4 years straight and now you are making him even worse. I rly hope you will tone down the nerfs (don't nerf the W cd, that is like the biggest problem he had in the laning phase) Thank you
