Help - Struggling Gold -> Plat

Hi, I'm stuck at Gold Elo. I started and was able to reach Gold 1, but I got stuck there on my way to plat. I wasn't able to get out of gold then. It would be nice if i get some advice to climb out. I'm trying to figure out why I'm struggling and where my errors are. Thank you!
