Stress Test

I'm not gonna sit here, and be Mr. Big Shot. I'm bronze 2 trying desperately to get out of it, but when I every game I play someone says. Oh sorry I have shit i nternet, or a bad computer, which usually leads to a few minutes later them going afk the rest of the match. How the hell do I get out of bronze.

Sorry that was my little rant. My suggestion to stop these stupid things, is to put a stress test onto league. Make it so if your computer can't pass the stress test you aren't allowed to play ranked.

Go play normal's all you want, but when someone who really wants to get out of Bronze, or play ranked so they can get higher and climb the board, has to be paired with someone who either is afk, or can't function in a game properly because of a bad computer, that's not fair.

The stress test would somehow test internet as well as the computers ability to handle large amounts of things happening, it wouldn't be to nuts, you wouldn't need a 2000 dollar computer to play league, but you should at least be able to function a full game without afking, or having a glitch arise or something.
