Does The Rift Herald Have A Soul?

This one goes out to all you Mordekaiser fans out there. With the introduction of the Rift Herald in an earlier patch, I was thinking of a little enhancement (not a buff) for . Everyone knows how he can enslave the soul of a champion or even the dragon, but it doesn't seem that he can with the Rift Herald. If indeed the Rift Herald does have a soul, then should be able to make it his own right? I wouldn't go as far as to say he should be able to enslave Baron Nashor (considering that he can't move in the first place), but it would be interesting if you could with Rift Herald. Just apply the same rules with dragon to Rift Herald, that's all.
