New static shiv could be better

I think that if you were to add a new animation for the new static shiv then the old one that would be great. Like there could be like lines or like lighting from the sky coming down. Also you could have your spell shooting things out as it moves lastly It would be cool if it did. AD instead of AP kinda like the first static shiv because it did AP damage so the AP one should do AD.
