[Feature Request] Temporarily blacklist those reported from being on your team.

A warwick player intentionally fed starting halfway through the game. I reported this person for intentionally feeding and queue for the next game.

THE VERY NEXT GAME, I have him on my team.

I had to dodge the game, I would have dodged if it was promos. Intentional feeding destroys the game. Why I am forced to play with this intentional feeder again? I am the one who suffers because I dodged and he didn't. I shouldn't have to play the next game with someone who I reported inted/trolled/afk'd.

There needs to be a feature so that if someone reports a player, they don't have to have them on their own team the next game.
