Can someone help me? Should I build full lifesteal, full AP, or both for fiddlesticks?

This is basically the only Fid build worth using. Maybe switch Abyssal for Void Staff if the enemies are going heavy on the MR.

I am not sure if you are being serious. Fiddle doesn't benefit from lifesteal unless you are building AD, and spell vamp has been removed from itemization. If you are serious I would suggest full AP or even trying out some tank builds since tank itemization is pretty strong right now. When I say tank builds I mean something Swain would build, not necessarily a SFC.

You want to be building a tanky AP build on Fiddlesticks, with items like item 3157 item 3116 item 3001 item 3030 . Zhonya's Hourglass in particular is really good on Fiddlesticks because he can use his ultimate and use the Zhonya's active to guarantee a portion of his ultimate's damage.
