Im losing 22 LP and only gaining 18?

So last month i was bronze 4 and i started grinding ranked and now i am silver 3 with 119 wins and 105 losses. I duo a lot if that maybe has something to do with it? I have read that if you lose more lp than you gain the game thinks you should be a lower rank than you are , but how is this possible if i am winning more games than i lose?

You just have to keep winning more games, your MMR is still lower than it should be for your division.

Both of those are just estimates, only Riot knows your actual MMR.
