How to skip a divsion?
I was in s3 with gold 5 mmr, but I didn't skip s2. why? please explain.

Any MMR calculator you used is just an "estimate." Riot keeps your real MMR a secret. So while the site may say you have gold 5 MMR you may only have silver 2 MMR. Also, no one knows how high above your division's MMR you need to be to skip. You might need to be 5 or more divisions above in order to skip.
The skipping system was designed to weed through diamond/masters/challenger smurfs not for people that went on a good win streak, so it's likely you just don't have high enough mmr.
