Soraka; Rework Reverted for Another Patch Cycle?
All the tentative Q and W changes from 1/29 update have been REVERTED! [CONTEXT: As for why these were pulled, ricklessabandon explained they'll return in 6.4 PBE:
**Starcall (Q) Mana cost lowered to 60 at all ranks from 70/75/80/85/90 NEW TOOLTIP:
"Calls down a star from Soraka to a target location. Enemies standing in the explosion radius take 70/110/150/190/230 (+0.35 AP) magic damage and are slowed by 30% for 2 seconds.
If Starcall damages a champion Soraka gains Alignment, restoring up to 30/45/60/75/90 (.1 AP ) health and 20/30/40/50/60 (+.1 AP) mana over 5 seconds."
Slow lowered to 30% at all ranks from 30/35/40/45/50% All enemies hit are slowed rather than only those in center. Enemies in center no longer take extra damage. Missile speed increased to 1300 from 1100. AoE size decreased to 235 from 265.

**Astral Infusion (W) NEW TOOLTIP:

Cannot be cast if Soraka is below 5% Health."
Heal value lowered to 70/100/130/160/190 from 120/150/180/210/240 [Removed] No longer heals Soraka on champion hit [New Mechanic] "If cast while affected by Alignment Soraka will transfer the effect to her target with a refreshed duration."

Why?
I get you want to improve game health or whatever, but Soraka is literally against the " fast meta " you're trying to force.
Oh want to get objectives down and then force a fight? Soraka will heal all poke and prevent that. Want games to last for less than 30 minutes? Well with Soraka that's kind of hard. If the player knows how to position and kite it's hard to even focus her. Put her behind a front-line that knows how to peel and you can't win teamfights at all unless your team builds Morello's or Mortal Reminder.

The current way to play against Soraka is frustrating. I'm pretty much forced to play an aggro support if I want to win bottom lane. I can't play Bard, because she'll just heal the poke I do early, can't play Janna because the lane will stalemate, and I can't play Nami because well. :T Heal fights basically. I shouldn't have to lock in Blitz or Karma just to deal with her because her kit is so mindbogglingly frustrating.
" Oh you poked my ADC? Heal him up. Oh your ADC is rather immobile? Lemme just Q them and get some health back to heal my ADC. Oh ganks for my team? Just going to silence them so they can't flash. "
It's not fun to play against Soraka, it isn't. It's irritating, frustrating, and to be honest shouldn't be worth a ban. In the bracket I'm in ( High Bronze - Mid Silver ) if a Soraka knows how to position herself, it's GG for our team because our ADC will focus the front-line only to find the tanks being healed. It's either; A: Soraka dies early game and gets shutdown, or B; Soraka maintains early game, makes it to teamfight with some items and then proceed to heal all poke the enemy team throws at hers.
I'd rather have Soraka at a weaker state then have to worry about her not being banned. Bottom lane is a hellofalotmore tiring facing Soraka than it is facing Tahm at this point.
I know I'll get some " Get gud " comments and " You're Bronze learn to play. " I kind of know how to play. I really do! It's just frustrating when I can win my bottom lanes against almost every support/adc combo ( EXCLUDING KALI THRESH. >:l Hate that lane ) besides Soraka/ADC. It's stupid that I'd rather fight Tahm than I would Soraka at this point.
