Tahm Kench/Kalista

I was just in a game playing against a Tahm/Kalista bot lane combo, we had gotten to the point where we were taking out their inhib turrents when Tahm Kench flashes on me, eats me, Kalista ults Tahm, he runs a little before i'm released, and they literally get me from outside of their base to almost at their fountain. Is this supposed to happen? lol
