REMAKES SHOULDN'T BE COUNTED TOWARDS PLACEMENT MATCHES

Remakes shouldn't be counted towards placement matches because they are called remakes for a reason. My client was being buggy and didn't let me load in so I ended up having 4 remakes in a row for my placements. Out of the games I actually played I went 3 wins and 2 losses, and I was on a good track to being placed where I ended last season. But because of the remakes now I am stuck at the highest I can be is silver 3 and will have to climb out of silver again. Remakes should not be counted towards placement matches because the whole point of a placement match is to see how well you have been playing but a remake does not do that and just takes up a game for no reason, so instead of 10 placement matches I only have 6. Riot please change this or give me my games back.

Great, we now have people simply not bothering to connect to a match because its doesnt effect them at all and they dont like their team.

You do realise how many people would abuse this to get out of anything from a bad matchup to a team they dont like

They generally don't, but only for the ones NOT disconnecting. You're still disrupting the game, so they aren't going to make a free way to keep those games.

If YOU are the one causing the remake then it SHOULD count for you. If you cant connect reliably to the game then DONT play Ranked FFS.

For other players it should NOT count.

My top was afk so it was a remake. I saw "-0LP". It shouldn't count. But if you're the one afk screw you, you made me lose a placement game.

Idk how it works currently, but if youre the one causing the remake, it should count for only you. Everyone else should recieve no penalty for others' failure to load.
