minimap movement disabled however I still have this issue

So I have minimap movement disabled. However, if I accidentally hover the minimap while using Khazix E, I will jump to where ever it hovered on minimap. This can lead to some very unfortunate hops if I panic move my mouse to the lower right corner of my screen and accidentally catch the minimap. Anyone have solutions?

Is there a way to disable this minimap ability targeting?
