Honorable Opponent, Gone. Can we have it back, Riot please?

I used to hangout after game & talk to people keeping people positive, regardless of who won. While I still sometimes do this, it's not longer recognized as something worthy of honor now. I am guessing it was be cause the winning team might honor someone for throwing. So what if we brought it back for the losing team only, so the winning team is less likely to trash talk after game. Or say around 2 minutes wait time, after game to enable, since I think only Genuinely nice people would talk for that long.

Any ideas on how to fix Honorable Opponent, so it can be brought back? (If you miss Honorable Opponent up-voting this thread my get riot to notice.) Your Suggestions are Appreciated, everyone has there own solutions, let's peaceful discuss the pros and cons.
