Riot kept nerfing tp bcuz it was utilized alot by high elo for plays, picks, Baron etc but were OK for recall to take u from anywhere to safest play in the game which is the fountain just in 8 seconds??!! Yea sure riot keep playing ur games..

i would only add the big fat ONLY to the safest place in the game, nowhere else and you can't take dmg while channeling.
While right recalls are necessary for maxing your cs/making you enemy lose some via right wave managment and backs and objective contesting(push, recall, run to objective while enemy is forced to push wave out), it's nowhere near as powerful as tp.
2 things used for different things. Man i sure wish i could recall across the map to the action and change a fight that quick
