Add Ping Option to Help with Vision ("Place Ward Here" Ping)

I love the "Enemy has Vision Here" (Area is Warded Ping) quick ping. It helps communicate that vision exists and/or that it should be cleared.

**What I wish we also had, is a "Place Vision Here" (Please Ward Here Ping) quick ping. Trying to communicate that is hard to type and combine with a mouse click alert ping. **

As a jungler I am tracking the other jungler, and I know they they may be finishing Red/Blue side and will likely try to gank from certain angle soon. Typing out where the midlaner, toplaner, or bot lane should ward requires writing sentences and combing with an Alert ping or something, hard to do while playing, can't explain why and where to ward in every random Solo Queue match by typing it out. Clearly not everyone understands vision equally, not everyone understand the impact, and I don't want to have to try to explain it. Instead, I'd like to be able to help my laners with my jungler tracking and vision knowledge in an efficient way.

Junglers generally have the strongest vantage point for vision control, just because we have the time to look around the map, to track things, while juggling camps. Our hands are completely tied in that regard in terms of sharing that knowledge easily.

In Season 8, Tracker's Knife was great, 3 Stealth Wards! Impossible to catch a Lee Sin back then. As a good vision player, it enabled me to help in Solo Queue when many people were having a hard time understanding how to use vision, I was able to supplement vision from the Jungler role. I was able to help. When that was Completely removed, it really hampered jungler contribution to vision throughout the game. I get it, honestly there was Too Much vision then, it made it harder for anyone to surprise anyone! However, removing completely makes it too dark.

The answer? A compromise, give completed jungle items a single Stealth Ward charge.

That means jungler has Sweeper, 1 Stealth Ward (free with item), 1 Vision Ward (bought). That seems far more balanced than just Sweeper and Vision ward. I understand making vision very hard is part of the balance of the game, but I do think there could be a compromise that makes the game Healthier. It's impossible to educate everyone on vision on a Solo Queue game, there's no time, but with 1 Stealth Ward and the Place Ward Here ping, I could actually teach people vision without coming off as arrogant, having to type whole sentences, trying to point out the best ward placements with an awkward alert ping. I could simply Ping where to ward and they will learn about ward placement strategy and timing without needing words and explanations.
