Suspension System is too harsh! THIS REALLY HAS TO STOP

So from this weekend to this monday i've been trying nonstop to get Gold V since it was pretty reachable. I was on a really good winstreak even though i had some early losses but i was able to reach my 3rd promo to Gold of the season after a rollercoaster of emotions and hard work I was one win away from Gold tier. BUT on my last game I got a lagg, and then i got huge laggs, then i couldn't play no more connection crash. My promo ended. Depressed I was, but not done. I did another game and won, so i was in my 4th promo. I lost a game, and next game after that i can't connect into the game. My team remakes, and I get a lose on my promo. GREAT! then i go on a losing streak. Horrible, since it's the last day of the season. i'm at 20lp silver 1 now and i tell to my self that I have still enoug time left to make it to Gold, so i reconnect the WIFI and try another game. FUCK! I still cant connect, BUT this time my team doesn't remake and i get to play level 1 at the 15th minute of the game. GREAAAAAAT. But i'm so determined to get Gold that I do my best to win the game .... Too bad i lose it. So I didn't flame anyone on that game, I didnt feed anyhting, I didnt throw at all. Nothing wrong except something that is out of my will. I'm not trolling, just having a bad connection service. So did nothing wrong really, and i get the 20 min supesnsion for 5 games because i was afk in the ealry game. So Now I have 0 chance to get gold really and when i went to the support service to ask if i could get a second chance because I didn't do anything on purpose, they tell you very clearly before you even ask them that no suspension is arguable unless it is an error from the system (thank god). So Riot now my problem is that i dont understand your intent on punishing a guy with a -20 LP that caused involuntary a remake to his team when nobody else lost anything but 10 minutes of their life litteraly. And why can't i argue my suspension? It should be my right to do it. Even people when they are sued in real life they can adress their suspension. I don't understand what Riot is doing right now, they are supending/banning inocent people and they think it's working? Man i don't think it is working because in almost 1 in 2 games i get a troller or an intentional feeder, and of course in 100% games i get a flamer; and this people dont seem to get banned of the game really. And if you ask me why did you play eve though you knew that your connection wasn't working very well, I was forced to play even though i knew my connection was really stumbly and depended on my luck beause it was last days of the season and that was my last chance to get Gold. Now I have to wait until next season to get Gold and that's the most frustating. I just want to adress the real HARSHNESS of the supension/ban system that League has, because I understand that they want to punish the bad behaviors but it doesn't really feel that it does it effectively because I still find Troller/Flamer in evry game and people that want to have a nice experience get punished REALLY badly for doing small mistakes. This really has to change...

But you even said it yourself that you knew you had an unstable connection. You knew you were putting your teammates in a hard place but didn't even let them know. That is why you cannot make a case for yourself. You knew what you were doing, and instead of trying to fix the problem before playing again (as any normal person would) you thought to yourself that it wont happen this time and continued to play, only for it to happen again!

I take no sympathy towards people like that. You ruin the game because you force your teammates to not only play 4v5, but also make it much more difficult than it is to try and win. Which in most cases like this results in a loss because of people like you. This is in fact a "You" problem. You chose to play when you knew your connection wasn't stable. You could have fix the problem probably by resetting your router, or trying to contact your Internet Provider. But because you didn't, you left your teammates to basically get a defeat/loss, because you didn't do enough to fix your problem.

With that said. If I'm reading it correctly you weren't ban, just locked in LPQ (Low Priority Queue), So you can still play, just need to wait out the timer because the system has seen that you are finishing your games and leaving (not matter what the cause is). Again though this is all on you. Its your responsibility to know if your connection is good enough to run the game till the game is over. If its not either fix it, or dont play. This is the case for basically any kind of online game!

It REALLY pains me when I write an exhaustiv comment on forums trying to explain everything about the issue I have and people don't even read half of the comment. FIRST OF ALL I did try to fix the connection by rebooting the router (which I already mentionned). Which is pretty much all I can do at this time since no Internet Provider is available after 5 pm. SECOND you asked me why did I continue to play even though i knew my connection was bad and could cause problems to my teammates and for you to ask this just shows that you didn't even read entirely my comment cause i clearly pointed out that I had no time to waste because the season was ending the same day. That's what i said : "And if you ask me why did you play eve though you knew that your connection wasn't working very well, I was forced to play even though i knew my connection was really stumbly and depended on my luck beause it was last days of the season and that was my last chance to get Gold". I'm telling you this system is too harsh especially when they give player the chance to do a remake. When they do so they have lost nothing but only 10 minutes of their life, I maybe understand that I get punished for that in some sort of way, but not with a loss on my promo that's not even fair. And for the game that i started at the 15th I will say this. As stated in my previous comment I did everything to win in fact at a certain point my team was winning... But like every game, things don't always go in your way so we lost even though i was able to get only one level behind the opposing ADC that I was against which is basically the result you get when you don't have a good early game.

yeah sorry, this is just as bad as trolling/flaming/inting. If you know you have a bad connection you shouldn't be playing ranked. Fix your connection first, test it with normals and then when things are working go back to playing ranked. Also don't use wifi, use a direct connection.

I tried to fix it but I could not test it since the season was ending in a bunch of hours. I didn't have the time to test it on a normal nor an ARAM or anything.

im not reading your wall of text but I will say

flamers are punished far to hardly considering the mute function meanwhile trolls feeders and afkers get away with it far to often

The mute function is working only if the flamers does only flame and say nothing important for the game. If you mute a player you remove all the potential of him counicating with the team in a proper way and helping the team to elaborate on the win. I can understand that sometime it's the best way BUT a flamer muted stays a flamer and that's why they will always be in this game. The mute function is absolutely not solving the flamer issue. People that have internet problems aren't guilty of anything in the sense taht they did nothing on purpose, flamer though they do it on purpose. And yet they flamers get punished too softly in opposition to unintentional AFKs even if it's just for a short period of time. I mean just answer me why people that are causing a remake to their team have -20LP(=to a loss) as a punishment + 5 minutes LPQ? It's not fair at all.
