CS Help
I really need help on getting more CS. I only get about 125 CS in 30 minutes, and I know I can do better. The only thing is that when I try to farm a lot, my enemy laner punishes me, so I'm forced to play like normal. Any tips?

Spectate high elo matches from the client (found on the bottom right of the main page once you're logged in) and just focus on watching them in the laning phase, and/or watch LCS games or high elo streams. You'll pick up on helpful little tips like using a certain ability or refraining from using one to CS, or using them to poke and CS simultaneously. You'll also notice that some are really bad at CS'ing without wasting lots of mana so you simply have to autoattack perfectly, which is merely something you need to practice.
For an actual tip, be aware of the how much health and damage each minion does, because they aren't equal; Melee does less damage but has more health than Caster, and Siege minions have way more of both (siege minions can easily screw up your CS if you don't account for it). http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Minion
