Toxicity via the Missing Ping

It used to be you make a mistake, the person flames you in chat and you could just /ignore them and move on with the game. Come 2016, everyone decides it's easier to signal the enemy as missing to display the big yellow "?" above their dead body to say "what the hell do you think you're doing." It is very sad, and honestly pathetic, to see that players constantly abuse what is supposed to be a helpful game mechanic to harass their own teammate instead of helping them out. It's almost every game I see a player abuse the missing ping this way.

Now how do we change this? I believe the best choice to be made here is to take away the tool that they are using to be toxic instead of removing the player. There will always be toxicity, but rarely do we have an opportunity such as this to simply prevent the circumstance instead of waiting for them to warrant punishment unto themselves. Of course, we can't just remove the missing ping because a lot of people prefer to be assholes instead of helping the team; It is absurd to do so as it would take something away from the players who use it with good intention which in turn harms gameplay.

I propose we change the yellow question mark to a yellow "MIA." Reasons are simple: nobody is going to ping MIA to say "wtf" without looking like an idiot and it announces to the team that we don't know where the opponent is. I suggest we keep it yellow as it is very well ingrained on everyone's mind that a yellow ping is associated with missing in the game. It would throw people off initially sure, but since it is still yellow, it is still familiar and not a hard transition to make, especially since the color association is present. This will put a stop to people abusing a helpful game mechanic and save a lot of salt for the dinner table and not the Rift.

This also doesn't fix the issue where I can spam "katarina is respawning in 30 seconds" whenever she dies on my team.
