passive - i assume she has a frozen heart, so maybe give her the FH passive :) Q - (please do something about mana costs) W - ap ratio .4 --> .6 - should feel more rewarding to get in the middle of teamfight and not feel useless cuz of qss , locket, redemption. or just be more threatening to dive into. E - increase speed OR don't show enemy claw location (only allies)

I think Lissandra's passive should be changed to something that makes jumping into 2-3 people a little more forgiving. For example, applying CC to champions gives her temporary damage reduction for each unique champion affected.
