so i would like to speak about the current nerf on jinx in pbe. while jinx is strong and a very fun champion to play( i dont own jinx nor play it very often but played it when its free) i think this nerf is ridiculous. this will make jinx one of the worst champions in the game just because she is strong in this meta. not only will this nerf kill jinx but her ulti already got nerfed and she will have no clear strengths she will lose lane to every other adc and won't be the best lategame cause vayne/kogmaw will defiantly be the better hyperscaling adcs.

The Nerf is barely anything.

It only effect her from level 5-10, but late game her attack speed will be higher.

So you say her current lategame attack speed makes her the best lategame ADC...but having a bigger attack speed lategame will make her a worst lategame ADC?

not being able to make it to late game cause she will always lose lane will make her a worst late game adc. ( vayne effect) when graves was played everygame for an example vaynes couldn't make it to late game. this nerf will make jinx's early game so bad she will never survive laning phase

Here comes the challenger of Solo queue ROFL. This tank meta there is already no ADC's who can counter tanks after 30 minutes. By giving adc's late game power, but giving tanks double the power of the adc's lategame, all the adcs do will feed or won't participate in the fights scared of dying.

Graves, Sivir, Ashe and Kalista already over power her in every way. The reason Jinx players do so well is because they have been playing her so long and got used to playing her properly. I have not seen many Jinx's already after the ULT nerf. This nerf is just ripperoni pepperoni to Jinx. And all who play Jinx will be called troll.

So if u got no idea how this meta works, better to keep quiet than to throw numbers on Jinx. I already main Kalista, graves and sivir and smoke her. My only issues are tanks that are twice powerful than adcs late game. Any game that goes past 30 minutes = ADC's are close to becoming useless and it is better to pick a tank than a adc for late game.

Nerf =/= Gut

As for her Ultimate nerf, what many (whinny) people fail to realize is that only the MINIMUM damage got nerfed, so you can't pop it point blank and still get an overwhelming execute.

She's one of the best ADCs right now next to Grave, Kalista, and Draven at the skill cap, so a nerf is fair. But they nerfed her ult and now they're stacking her Q on top of that. The Q is her core, and the attack speed reduction is way too strong.

It seems Riot has some kind of problem with slowly lowering numbers until they seem acceptable, they throw massive ridiculous nerfs all at once. Looking at Veigar, Azir, Kassadin, and more.

Shes an oppressive Adc with a powerful kit. Long range AOE attack, Attackspeed steroid, traps, speed boost, long range slow and a global nuke. This is toning it down a bit, Its warranted.

she is strong but that doesn't mean to elise her they should just slightly nerf her/make her weaknesses weaker. i could totally understand a small attack speed nerf/ movement speed nerf/ damage nerf but what they are doing is just destroying her as a champion. i imagine after this nerf she will have around a 40% winrate and will be unplayed

well its gettin a new passive that at 18 she gets 140% isntead of 130% i do agree early game she needs more power with this at the very least a small increase to her base attack speed to make up her early game but im really more sad over her ult nerf but hey who knows maybe thisll make them leave her alone or warrent a buff

Riot is messed up in the head and that is all there is to it. Jinx is balanced right now but after the nerf, she will be useless.

It is because ADC balance in this game is a joke. You can complain that jinx is too strong all day and this or that, but the fact of the matter is that she has not be picked yet in any of the EU LCS games this week while ashe and kalista are constantly picked and they are playing before the nerf, so if she is unplayed before the nerf, I can jsut imagine how great she will be after the nerf. The "problem" of jinx is a solo queue problem. She is strong in solo queue because of poor positioning and the ability to punish poor map movements. If you let her get time on a tower, it is dead, and if you let her free auto you because of poor focusing and lack of awareness your dead (which shouldn't this be every a characteristic of every adc?). The tank meta has made her that best at dealing with the tanks in solo queue but not necessarily in a pro scene with actual flanking and diverse strats. She is just getting nerfed not because she is overpowered, but because of solo queue win percentages imo which sucks for people who would actually like to she her be played, but other champions have been nerfed worse and considering vayne was played today in EU, I am sure someone will play her in the LCS maybe after Ashe is nerfed.

I agree with the person who posted this. They didn't nerf her cause she needed it but because the stupid people unskilled players in non ranked Solo q not being able to figure out how to play against her Thus nerfing her and making Ashe a faceroll champ restore Jinx back or riot ON Riot!

Are Adc's not supposed to be able to fight on their own? At this point all their gonna have to be is baby sat by their support. Its still not freaking fair how you nerf a champ solely based on the popularity and the solo queue win rate in normals. They also act like Ashe is perfectly balanced when she clearly isn't. Legit if you die 1 at most in lane phase it is SO tough to come back even if it's not you making mistakes but your support. I swear other op champs need to get nerfed instead of freaking champs who didn't need it because im just about done.
