Constructive Criticism and Suggestions for Plants

Let's talk about Plants!

It looks like the vast majority of players here are opposed to this change because of the RNG aspect. Would Riot consider backing away from the RNG here in favor of a guaranteed cycle of spawns? For example, every plant node is static, with a static cooldown between plants, and a guaranteed order of plants such as "Blast ---> Healing --> Vision." Perhaps a little bit of RNG could be implemented in the form of where, when, and which plants initially spawn, but after that the player knows everything.

This would introduce an incredible wealth of strategy. Do I trigger this Blast plant now, when I don't need it, then wait for the cooldown so I can have some healing later? Or do I save it for a sick jump play or escape? Maybe I should consume this healing plant now so that a vision plant will be up in 3 minutes and I can check Baron. Should I trigger plants as I find them, or let them build up so we have a lot of resources in a defensive jungle teamfight when pressuring Dragon? A jungler might manipulate the order to have 6 different blast points active, but it would take a lot of time, communication with the team, and would be very vulnerable to counter-jungling messing up the plan. If sighted by an allied player, plants would appear on the minimap (like Bard chimes) and players could plan their plays around them (such as Jayce running from Graves, knowing that there is a blast plant to save him) and vision control would come into play.

To recap: (Can't format unordered list properly. Help?) Plants would have a lot of nodes and a fairly long cooldown between each plant in the cycle. Random variations spawn for the first time after a set period of time (like jungle mobs, dragon, rift herald, baron), then follow a known cycle. Example: > 3 minutes: 4 plant nodes become active. 8 minutes: 2 More. 15 minutes: 2 More. 25 minutes: 2 more for a total of 10 plant nodes in each jungle (20 total on the map). If not consumed, plants would remain on the map and would be accumulate until every node is active (leaving a jungle full of various plants).

Thoughts?
