Some champion should be given back "Silence" in new Meta- Patch 6.9

Recently, some champions are reworked such as Cassiopeia ( double silences and dumb E), Matzaha (buff shield as Yasuo ), Brand dumb E and animations....). Maybe my thread will be met with some struggle with another player , but needless to say, Rito should give back silence for some champions as Kassadin and Leblanc. I think it is indeed, she/ or he can grasp on enemies, but that is Assasin job and, she/ he only grasps and does damage on one or 2 targets. The first reason that Kassadin/Leblanc need giving back silence because in patch 6.9 many champions are buffed and update silence which never happened on previous patches, even if Malzaha also has Yasuo shield and dumb his E- The second is to reduce damage from enemies on his/ her ( i.e Leblanc use E to catch that enemy. However, they still cause damage on her, when finishing a combo, simultaneously that she has half of mana remain). This is fair for his/her to adapt or counter with new meta. This is basically thing which i should request to Rito, just give his/her silence back.
