Hextech Essence Conversions

So, I'm sure there's quite a few of us out there that already own all the champions, and get the new ones as soon as they come out. Now, for those that don't, the Hextech Crafting system is a great way to pick up a few new ones, especially if your pool is relatively small, but for those of us that already own every champion, there's nothing we can do with our stockpiled Blue Essence. It just sits there and rots, and unlike with IP/ RP (IP can be used to purchase future champions, runes, rune pages, etc.), Blue Essence can only be used to upgrade a skin shard to a skin permanent.

I believe to make this system more 'fair', players should be able to convert one Essence into the other (Blue to Orange, or Orange to Blue), depending on what they're trying to achieve (either more champions or more skins). To balance this, the conversion rate could be half of the converted points, that way players wouldn't just swap back and forth repeatedly without taking a penalty. I believe this feature would allow players to get the most out of their 4 cases per week, or RP if they are purchasing cases.
