It is frustrating when Riot isn't nerfing the champions that are actually broken: Irelia is one of the best top laner champion because of her stun and her true damage, Illaoi can littarely 1 vs 5 because of her heal and Kennen can use his ult when Zhonnya is still on. These are the champions that should be nerfed. Can someone please explain to me why they didn't nerf them?
They literally just gimped Irelia's passive. The other two aren't even issues
illaoi can be kited and if you disengage after her ult she isnt that strong Kennen is fairly weak outside of his ult again disengage then re-engage
irelia is mobile has very high sustain and can't be locked down easily due to her passive and can still do a high amount of damage while being tanky triforce is like the most OP item on her now 20% CDR AS + sheen procs this item is almost all she needs in terms of damage
Kennen cannot use his ult when he Zhonya's, but he can ult and THEN use it. I don't see this as a problem. Ever heard of

As for the other two, I don't really know why. Illaoi does seem quite strong at the moment...
