When playing rank Only Allow Mastery 5+ champions.

I believe in order to keep rank fair in terms of knowing how to play a champion. Rank needs to have a limit of mastery in order to play such champion in which ever role you pick. So if I want support. I can only choose Janna/ Blitz/ Thresh which is my top mastery. I shouldnt be allowed to play any champion I don't have a mastery while playing ranked. In terms will stop alot of people who just play champions because they want to troll... And force them to only play such champions they KNOW how to play.. Which at the end if people are trolling and feed 10 kills and have mastery lvl 7 they should know how to play and otherwise receive a harder penalty.. because I see a lot of people dying 1 time and exit the game..

There are 4 allies and 5 enemies, so, in average, enemies will have more first-timers than allies, so its all to your advantage.

How many mastery 5 champs you got? I guess you got ALMOST 20, right? Otherwise you wouldn't be able to play

I also guess you got more than 2 champions per role with Mastery 5, right? Do you know how stupid your idea is?

There are multiple issues this creates. Primarily, trading picks. If I or a teammate want to trade picks for counter purposes, if either of us doesn't have mastery under this system then we're blocked.

Secondly, just because I may not have Annie at Mastery 5 doesn't mean I don't know how to play her. Some champions, by design, have a minimal learning curve.

Third, you're opening a door for more toxicity towards a bad game or champions with a higher learning curve. Having Azir at Mastery 5 doesn't mean you can actually play him well.

Lastly, if a person wants to troll, they will troll. You could easily rank a specific champion up just for this purpose to get around this.

The real solution is harsher punishment for intentional, deliberate efforts to disrupt a game. This should include a team who is responsible for investigating the more egregious offenses.

So you need to grind literally twenty champions to rank 5 just to unlock ranked. Then, if you're support and you have a support unlocked but none that are rank 5, looks like you'll just be locking in that Katarina support.

Should use the search function instead of beating a dead horse.. My 2 cents is simple I have well over 50 champions at or above lv5 with alot more around level 4. So it would take me a few games to get them too lv5. I'm confident with maby 2 at this point, Neeko who I'll play anywhere & Janna for support. Then you have another 4-12 that I could perform well with but the rest of my lv5s I sux with just grinded them out in the past not to mention the ones not lv5.

Players like me that have alot at lv5 could play what we what were but might fail hard, meanwhile some1 with a newer account might be better but can only play a very small pool?

Ok... let me ask you this one simple question. Do you have 20 champions with a mastery of 5+? Because that is what you will need if you want this to be a thing. How many people do you know that have 20+ champions with a mastery of 5+? Like why do people keep suggesting this when it literally won't accomplish anything positive and only bring frustration. I have been playing since season 2 and I don't have that many champions with 5+ mastery.
