Bronze ll Support Need Advice

I have been working really hard to climb out of Bronze. I main support and Jungle but I mostly play support. My favorite champions are these in the following order: 1#Zilean 2#Zyra 3#Karma 4#Lulu I recently hit Bronze l and decided to play a lot of games as Zilean. Zilean is my favorite champ to play but I lose a lot as him. I as result of constant losing I got demoted back to Bronze ll and now I cant get back to Bronze l. I do not want to end up in Bronze v. I have a below average win rate but somehow I managed to claw my way into Bronze l , that's how I know its not impossible for me to climb. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this or advice they can give me on how to get out of Bronze ll.

P.S. I win lane but lose game often. I die the most trying to help other people.

Zilean and Lulu are dream supports for any adc worth a damn, you get a revive/ instant health boost when everyone in the game is trying to kill you. The only concerns with these champion is how often do you position yourself incorrectly and dying early before you can use these ultimates, being that they are extremely squishy. If you play passively and only try to keep your carries alive I think it is possible for you to reach silver just by keeping carries alive.

Zyra and Karma are more damaged based and you probably win lane with these two champions easy just on pure damage, but again you have to be extremely mindful of your positioning because you are still very squishy and will die instantly when caught out.

Overall don't get caught out on these squishy supports under any circumstances because you will not survive and your team needs you!

Drop the top 2 and play the bottom 2 on your list

Drop Zilean. He's just a rez bot and does very little for your ADC in lane. Crap peels, crap poke, cant tank damage, lack of sustain and will always lose in all ins

Kinda have to play meta. You can get pretty far with pocket picks, but they stop working around mid-high silver. It's not that the players are better, it's that their choice in champions are.

You seem to like poke champions. Try going Janna and maxing W first or Brand and learn to eqw.

You can pull off Soraka maxing Q first but you need to be cautious. You need to watch for signs that you're losing trades. If you are, you need to immediately swap to w. If you stay on maxing q and you can't trade you become useless.

Nami is another good one. You generally want to max W first, which is your healing tool and poke. Max e first if you sense you have a Tyler1(Well, a decent Draven player.) smurf as your adc. He'll auto-carry the game.

I am a Diamond support main, don't listen to the guys above me play what you feel is best for you.

My main supports are zilean, bard, Brand, Sion, Zyra and lulu personally.

Zilean - He does best when his team has a meaty damage threat for him to revive in the middle of the enemy team, and ideally an ADC with some form of hard CC to help him land his double bomb in lane. (Such as Jhin or Xayah.)

Zyra - Not a real support. Her only forms of utility is an okay multi-target snare and a time delayed knock up. Outside of lane she's basically worthless.

Krama - Needs to be able to harass hard in lane and get fed, or she'll fall off and be relegated to shield bot duity.

Lulu - Can be a bully, but if her lane is rough she can fall back and focus on buffing her ADC with W+E+R. Works well with a hyper scaler like Twitch or Tristana.
