Rotating Game Mode: 60 Minute Start

Hey Riot any chance you would make a game mode where everyone starts at level 18 with 20,000 gold or whatever it takes to get a full build . Just to ham it out on the rift? I think it'd be ly. Fun and fast.

that's a lot of unneccessary stats lol

no need for the Reaver or Static when you can get Deadmans/Spirit Visage and to just as much dmg + close gaps faster

every single one of these modes has champions which are totally op because that mode is not what the game is balanced around.

At least in this mode, it wouldn't be get poke and win like all the others

Do you want to deal with Full build Malzahar level 18 with 40% CDR right from the beginning of any game? How about a full Build Jhin? Lets not forget the full build LB or Kassawin? Viktor? How about anyone that can one shot you. You literally couldnt play Ryze or Karthus or anyone that builds Tear because it would be over. Early game Junglers would be garbage. Aside from Lee and Nidalee who are effective because of laning phase.

Every game mode has its own meta - they aren't meant to be balanced like regular summoner rift.

I agree that some champs are gonna be stronger than others but so what they always are and it's just a rotating game mode. Also death timers start normally. But towers may have to get nerfed just because it's harder to push when you are even and you would essentially always be even. Maybe start with only inhibitor towers?

easy fix for the tear problem, stacking items automatically reach max stacks upon purchase

This game mode wouldn't be fun only because there would be a handful of champions that are clearly better than the rest.

Don't try to deny it, the boards threw a childish tantrum over URF because there were too many OP champions, then ironically when they made it All Random URF people complained it was random (although there were definitely less complaining about the All Random)

So I've come to the conclusion while typing this:

If this were to exist it would have to be All Random.

Just because there would be people who complained doesn't mean it wouldn't be fun. Despite all of the whiny complaints every time URF is up it is still a lot of peoples favorite mode. Can't just cater to the haters.

The first time it comes around it should be not random so people can try out their own strats, but after the first weekend a meta would be found and the second time around it would make sense to force random.
