Heimerdinger Rework

Just tried out the new Heimerdinger rework and I feel its not performing how it might have been intended. I'm curious to what others think and if it was a positive rework.

"Overall, this update gives the Revered Inventor more playmaking potential and fairer interactions with other champions." In my opinion by doing this you took away minion control/lane control.

My Findings:

Although Heimerdinger can now place 3 turrets from the start, the majority of their power and defense ability came from the beam damage. The turrets have little affect on minions because you really can only charge the beam if you hit the enemy champ with your rockets or grenade. Also trying to use your turrets to defend VS supers doesn't work as well anymore because they die before the beam charges.

I found the only positive is if an enemy dives you next to your 3 turrets and you grenade them getting a turret beam, then rocket them adding an almost instant turret beam right after. That is some quick damage, but only under the right circumstances.

The mana cost has decreased for the rockets slightly which is nice but then leaves Heimerdinger and his towers almost defenseless if he is out of mana to cast rockets or grenade for the turret beam use.

My Suggestions:

If you want Heimerdinger to be in control of his turrets and playmaking reduce the mana cost of the rockets more along with the grenade. You can balance that by decreasing the damage of them when used on an enemy champion, minions, or both.

Also allow turret beam to charge faster if the rockets or grenades are used on minions, even if its a lower % compared to hitting a champion.

Heimerdinger is now bound by the limitations of rocket and grenade cool-down and if turrets are up but Heimerdinger is out of mana the turrets offer minimal defense. Basically a powerless minion that gives free gold to the enemy.
