Rerolling skin shards (when u have all the skins already)

Hey i just wanted to ask about it, how does it works? Right now i have 893 skins (i just dont have the limtied ones like black alistar or victorius j4 or darkstar cho/neon pax sivir and other pax skins) and today i wanted to reroll 3 skins shards to get the new valentine fiora/vi skin but instead of it i got a skin that i already have. How does it work with new skins? I know that u wont get anything new when u have all the skins and u reroll but this time i didnt have all the skins cuz riot added 2 new. Can some1 explain it to me if this is jsut a bug or something?

It may take a little bit for the new skins to get added to the loot table. There's no definite time when, except around when the skin goes out to the store. You may want to try contacting Riot Support to see if they can revert the transaction and you can get your shards back to reroll when the new skins are added in.
