Ideas for a Ekko Nerf.(Looking for your ideas also!)

Best off listing fitting ideas now, before Riot nerfs him beyond playable.

Passive- Make the movement speed buff a little less, not Exhaust-level, just less. Q- Give it a smaller hit box, other then that its not too bad. W- Have it give him 1/4th of his health bar back in armor, instead of 1/2. R- Either a TINY(Compare is to many other champions) damage nerf, or a delay on trigger, maybe a little less then a second is all.

Not all of these have to be done, just the ones people feel are needed most.

If any ideas are unpleasing, Mention it below and I will edit it to be more fair. Im looking for input from both, Ekko players and those that don own him.
