Why do i need to level up to get the most important things?!

I just created a smurf account and i really wanna know why do i need to be level 11 to create my own rune page? How can i play Tryndamere for example if i can't take conquerer. Why do i need to get level 7 to get flash , loterally the most used summoner spell or level 9 for smite and ignite ? Theese should be given from level 1 and people should be able to play jungle and not duo top because duo top is only for the first 20 matches and then you will never ever see it again when playing against other players. And why in hell do i need to have 20 champions and level 10 to play Drafts? Maybe i don't have the best internet conection and i can't spam "mid" whenever i get in a lobby.

Having to level accounts to get the basics removes the ability to make throwaway accounts that easily ruin games through intentionally feeding or toxicity. I agree that it's frustrating because I just made another alt account, but overall there's not much else they can realistically do.

Because legit newbies cannot be expected to create useful rune pages.

beacause you first need to learn to play the game, then the runes are introduced so you can get those right. The idea is that you test these spells when you unlock them, in an ideal world you could use W/E you want.

as for jungle, they play a completely different game for the first 10 minutes. So they get you to get the base mechanics down first, then you can try that.
