Champ Select Team Chat

I would like the option to turn off the chat in the pregame lobby as well as a permanent team chat off button. I no longer wish to view any written words from any player in this community. I have been told to kill myself, been called derogatory names and I've had enough. I want the option to not have to ever deal with it again.
