So basically everytime i play ranked, i am always the last pick and only support is left. support is my worse role and when i cant play my main role, i juat lost all the games cuz i cant carry... this is a problem which i dont know what can i do about it,ant suggestion on how to be first pick or something???

Seriously though, you should seriously learn how to play support, as well as other roles you're not strong in. Riot isn't doing enough to enforce this, but I have expectations that they will later on in S5.
Part of what makes you a better player is versatility that you, along with MANY others in Bronze/Silver, are missing.
