THIS GAME HAS THE WORST RANKED SYSTEM I HAVE EVER SEEN

I was playing some ranked games today and there was a troll that fed in ever one of them. then after the 3 or 4 games (That i lost because of these trolls) became B4. Even in the ten games you need to have a rank there were trolls. Rito never does anything to stop this at all. This is why i thing LOLs Community in RANKED is shit.
