Smurfing=flame=unbalance=troll=insult=feed , and if we could only use 1 account? could this be difrente?

The only realistic way to discourage that is to make League cost money, and I'm pretty sure Riot will never do that.
If they stopped multiple accounts theyd lose 20% of their diamond+ players since many have multiple accounts in that rating.
