How to fix ranked

Okay so ive currently got this http://imgur.com/I7MiK7i and i left the champion select so what i lost 4lp nothing to big but I get a 30 miniute ban for not letting a troll make me loose 20+/- lp and the other players loose it either...? I find it unfair legitimate players have to suffer due to trolls so... How about a system that lets us vote to kick a troll's if there are enough yes's then the player gets kicked from ques and the 9 players that were in the que get put back into the que for another game. Protect us from trolls please :(
