Why are promos always horrible?
Honest question. I don't understand, but it's obviously noticeable and has some validity if people keep posting about it.

They're not usually horrible, its just the one point where people would notice the most that stuff is going downhill
riot doesnt want you to climb. So they stack promos in the enemies favor
