A must-have Feature/Suggestion (Please RIOT, I love you)

I thought this was an obvious feature that would inevitably be added to LoL soon enough, but unfortunately has not been added.

I don't know if it has been suggested before, but why don't we have "champion organization tabs". I am talking about the ability to organize your champion lists into custom categories, like "my auto-ban champs", or "my insta-lock champs", "my favorite champs", "my best sups", "champs that I am now learning", "champs that I have earned a S-chest from already", "the perfect counter's for Yasuo", etc. This would have some obvious benefits:

• A speed up in champion selection and banning phases, since you wouldn't have to fiddle (yes, I did) around looking for champs, like Fiddlesticks. I believe the speed-up in champion selection would significantly increase.

• Panic-bans and panic-picks could be prevented. "Ya know, the 5 sec, 4 sec, 3 sec,.....just went Nasus-sup, sorry team."

• Buying a new champion re-orders the alphabetized list, which changes all the rows and columns of where the champs are. Very frustrating, to have to re-memorize where your champs are located in the list. Also the BAN-list and SELECT-list are different (unless you own all the champs).

• Memorizing ~250 champion names is already a daunting task. New players end up banning random champs simply because they don't know all the names. "What was the name of that new champ? Too late....time ran out.....sorry I banned your champ, it was a panic-ban."

• Players may use champions differently. I may see Tahm as an awesome jg'er, and that is what I learned him as and would like him in a list of my other jg'ers. Likewise, others might see Tahm as a sup character, and they would like to organize him with their other sup's like Sona, Soraka, Miss Fortune (it happened at worlds, soooo......).

• Learning styles and counters would be easier, if you could remember who you used as a counter. For example, "Top-Malphite....hmmm....who do I know that counters that....I know Cass, no.....I know Xin, no.....what was the name of that fuzzy little guy I tried the other day.....oh too late, now I am banned for 6 minutes from playing..............TEEMO, that was his name." (This is just an example, obviously no one would forget playing as the spawn of Satan, I am sorry, but it must be said.....I hate you Teemo.....there I said it).

• I should point out that even experienced players have trouble with this. "They have two CC moves, a slow on the sup, no heals, a tank, and I am mid. Quick, what are the 25 champs that I have played mid and which ones would work well here. Can I even remember them all within 20 sec and make a good decision?" Instead people resort to thinking about their favorite 3-5 mid's and just choose one of them, rather than having a pre-organized list of their possible mids. Likewise, what if the mid player, is now playing top. Sure, they have played top 100s of times, but they have been maining mid lately. "What were all the Top-lane champs I played 3 months ago?"

• We are smarter. We have the technology. We can do better. I mean think about it......clicking a search box, typing in part of name, realizing the first letter is wrong, deleting, re-typing in a name, clicking on the icon, and then clicking on the BAN button. It sounds barbaric just saying it.
