Ranked Games With Beginners IS FRUSTRATING

I don't understand riot... I am silver 1 and I am sometimes paired up with noobies who just entered ranked games. You guys halved the time is takes to get to lvl 30 and now your pairing us up with them. They have lack of experience and knowledge of the game, that it makes the team who has one, hard to carry. I think you guys should first pair them into bronze, and if they keep winning, then match them higher and higher. Not start them off against like gold and platinums and then later realize that they belong in bronze 5. Whenever I get paired with a beginner they end up with around 40 cs in 20 minutes. That is not OK. Alright. And they usually are feeding as well to their lane opponent bc the opponent is gold and has more mechanics. It just makes it super difficult to carry games and have consecutive wins if you guys keep pairing us up like this. The beginners who just turned lvl 30 are eager to play ranked and get ranked. Yeah, thats fine, but to first start pairing them with plats and golds is unfair and just makes it harder for higher elo players to carry. I hope this message gets heard of and this issue gets taken care of. Anyone else have faced similar issues like these?
