The potential of semi-locked camera

Currently unlocked camera is the holy grail of camera options. Even though so many high elo players use this camera they don't use it all the time. So many players will actually switch to locked camera during a fight so it's one less thing to worry about.

Semi-locked camera is a great design that is a combination of locked and unlocked camera. BUT their is one very defining fault. That is there is no way to center the camera directly back on to your champion, just like you can do in u locked camera.
