Runes back to normal on PBE???
Can someone explain this? Is it a bug or is it permanent?

Variks the Loyal1 votesThe Runes and the new leveling system are going to go through multiple PBE cycles before being pushed to live. They won't come out until November 7th, because Riot wants extensive testing on them.
For now, this means a new patch with the Death Sworn skins and stuff is coming probably next Monday or Tuesday, and when the PBE is updated again, the Runes will be back.
