Riot LeaverBuster system

Well do you guys think Riot as a group should develop a more complex system for leaverbuster? Because i am sure multiple people have left a game without intent and have came back and dominate. It is unfair that leaverbuster detects players that come back to play receive no rewards or blue essence/xp just like the players who intentionally leaves. I think there should be a system that not only detects you from going afk, but to go more in depth for each circumstance. Because one intentionally alt f4ing the game isnt the same as a person whose wifi disconnects or a minor dc and comes back. Maybe like leaverbuster should detect if you have came back and played? or like instead of just having the system say you left and that's that, it should study how it played out. Like you have went afk, but you DID come back and help your team win. Anyways that's just a thought i hope the devs could try this out.
