Add "total CC duration caused" as a stat for post-game graphs

just so tanks/supports have some way to measure another very crucial metric. ideally, the stat should ignore overlapped CC durations so that players learn to chain their CC better (and can see it in a stat). aoe CC durations would be massive if stacked on 5 enemy champs, so Amumu Galio Malphite would get a great stat from landing team ults.

i'm guessing CC will have to be separated between "hard" CC (stuns, silences, knockups) and "soft" CC (snares, slows, maybe debuffs?) just for accuracy's sake. but having it in one stat is fun to see still.

what do u think? nice stat to have?

I'd prefer to see a "Damage to Turrets" stat added first, or "Damage to Objectives".

Oh you're a 10-2 Yasuo mid? You dealt <100 damage to turrets. That's why you lost.

You forgot shild done for champ like Janna Karma Orianna Morgana (may be more like shild damage absorbe so you see if your shild miss the damage or not)

I'll just take the "Amount of time CC'd" in Death Recap first. So that way when you say, "I was literally cc'd for 5 seconds!" You will know if you're exaggerating or not.

other things i would love to see added

highest movement speed

healing done (change it so it includes all forms of healing. i'm pretty sure my garen games should have me healing for more than our veigar).

damage shielded

highest ability damage (like largest crit)

I do wish this was there, it'd make tanky supports like Ali and Leona really feel the love and wouldn't take much effort either.

Isn't the difference between hard CC and soft CC is that hard forces your target to stop while soft merely makes them yield their current progress?

Then why did you put a silence on the HARD CC and the Snares on the SOFT CC?

I don't like it. CC is a generic term to apply to a vast amount of utility abilities with varying degrees of usefulness. To just reduce that all to amount of time spent cced would be fairly trivial and relatively unhelpful.

I'd like to see the post game stats reworked. Adding things like how much damage each ability did, total shielding done, and other features could be useful.

It was a thing on Kassad.in website, before it got changed due to some reason.

Eh. CC duration doesn't tell the full story. If you're spending CC on the underfed Garen, while Vayne 1v5's, you failed.

The stat is officially in the Riot API, but honestly... it seems kinda useless to me.

It's officially called "totalTimeCrowdControlDealt", measured in what I'm guessing is seconds (whole numbers, the values in the game I pulled up ranged from 39 for an AFK Leona who left at level 8 to 1154 for a Shaco mid with BotRK over the course of a 48 minute game). http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1934257368?tab=overview

The thing is, it doesn't distinguish between what type of CC it is. Red Buff? Slow? Root? Knockup? It's all the same to the API. It's also somewhat telling that an Assassin was able to get the most CC out, maybe the stat isn't as desirable as you'd think at first.

I like this, I play tanks often and damage dealt to champions obviously isn't a good metric to watch as a tank to see how much you carried.

Pretty useless stat. Turns out that your assist count is a better measure of useful cc than this graph could ever be. Tons of examples of it being a useless stat are in the comments here. Assists show when your CC, or play in general, actually lead to a kill.

Focus on winning games. Stats are useful for analysis in certain situations, but don't look at stats just to make yourself feel good about how you played.

also add a damage shielded, and change damage taken to pre mitigatio with also counting damage to shields so you can actually see how much damage you soaked as a tank...
