HELP! Struggle is real!

I have a strange problem( atleast none other from my frendlist has this). I ahave wandered to a bit 2 high rank last season. I got my rank to low plat that is not good but still way 2 hard for me to play alone whit out anyone to carry my ass by playing duo with an old friend whom was climbing fast on ranked. Now season changed and i hoped to get back to silver where i belong but i am stuck on gold. RIOT won't lower my rank to where it is supposed to be and i can't play ranked for i get reported every game for i am not good enought. Any ideas what to do.

Yes i have played normals but my normal MMR got to high because of last season rank. Also i want to use my own acc for ithas been with me since the start and it has alot of skins so i don't want to chance acc now.

Just play.

There is literally nothing you can do to fix your rank except slowly lose games until you fall to where you belong. Just play safe and try not to int and you shouldn't lose your account. People are going to report you regardless of if you did something wrong or not, so just do your best to play well (and don't flame) and you should be fine.

I was told I was going to be reported because I "wasn't communicating" since I wouldn't type in chat. I would use pings, but because I didn't literally type out "let's do baron" and instead used "assist me" ping at baron pit, my team said they were going to report me.

I had a game where I was off roled and our jungler was all, "how much did you buy your account for," because I wasn't doing good in a lane that I never play. They didn't care that I was autofilled, they just saw someone playing badly in a high Gold game and wanted to blame us losing on someone else.

I've reported people who type out, "Ok, time to int" and then immediately run into the enemy tower, and yet I still see them playing on their account. If you've never been punished before, don't be worried about losing your account from false reports. Unless you start slinging racial slurs around, it's highly unlikely that Riot will ban you for not playing well.
